

He was born to the late William and Lucille Parmley on February 16, 1952, in Evansville, Indiana. He was the second oldest of three siblings. He was preceded by his older brother Bob Parmley and is survived by his younger brother Randy Parmley.
He graduated from Reitz High School in 1970 and received two Associates Degrees in Electronics and Heating and Air Conditioning at IVY Tech in 1978.
He served in the United States Navy as an Aviation Boatswains Mate from 1970 to 1974. After an Honorable Discharge, he worked for the Pipefitters Union and specialized in Heating and Air conditioning for 30 years, retiring in 2011.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Elizabeth Parmley, Pearl City, Hi.; daughter and son-in-law, Tonya and Mark Brancato, Murrieta, Ca.; son, Jeromy Parmley. Wildomar, Ca. He also is survived by his four grandchildren, Kyle, Benjamin, Anabella Brancato, and Masen Parmley, as well as his brother, Randy Parmley of Evansville, In.
