Derrick Carlisle passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2019. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Miller-Jones Mortuary, 23618 Sunnymead Boulevard, Moreno Valley, California 92553 with a reception to follow. Derrick leaves to cherish his memory: Mother, Josephine Williams; Fiancee, Destiny Smith; Daughters, Jordyn and Lauryn; Sister, Jasmine Carlisle; Brothers, Lavester Carlisle Jr, Jamal Carlisle, Chris Carlisle, and host of cousins, aunts, and friends.
