Donna Jean Phillips, age 73, of Hemet, California, passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2014. She was born Friday, July 5, 1940, in Raysal, West Virginia, to James Neece and Frances Asbury Neece.
Donna is survived by her sons, Kenneth Phillips, Gregory Phillips, Ronald Phillips and Michael Phillips.
Services will be held at Miller-Jones Mortuary Sun City Thursday, February 13, 2014 at 10:00AM with Graveside Services following at Riverside National Cemetery at 11:45 am at Staging Area #4.
