

Dorothy L. De Leau, age 80, of Hemet, CA, for 25 years passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2011, at Christmas Cottage in Hemet, CA. Dorothy was born July 1, 1930 in Fremont, Nebraska, she was the oldest of 5 children. She was the daughter of the late James Gurman Guyon and the late Edith Jane (Stewart) Guyon. She was a homemaker most of her life. She enjoyed dancing, picnics, taking a drive to the mountains, roller coasters. She sewed clothes and loved to crochet, knit and loved to do embroidery. She did make something for every member of the family. Some of her other hobbies included crossword puzzles, roller skating and reading. She belong to a travel club and bowling club. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Edward De Leau, her sister Elsiejanne, brother Sidney Guyon.

Arrangements are being handled by Miller-Jones Mortuary & Crematory Hemet , 1501 W. Florida Avenue, Hemet, CA. A rosary will be recited at 9:30 AM at Church of the Hills Chapel in Forest Lawn Memorial Park Hollywood Hills located at 6300 Forest Lawn Dr., Los Angeles, CA 90068. A scripture service will followed and Graveside service will be at 10:30 AM.
