She was born on Tuesday, December 1, 1936 in Texarkana, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Henry Cooks and the late Lula Mae Childs Cooks.
Surviving are sons, Cleave Perryman and Aaron Perryman, daughter, Adrienne Walker of Moreno Valley, CA.
Interment will be in Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, CA.
