Born Friday, July 28, 1933, he was the son of the late Eldon Griffin and the late Henrietta Brentano Griffin. He was the husband of Mary Griffin.
He loved spending time with his wife and enjoyed playing golf. His five children, nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren were a constant source of joy for him. Earl left this world peacefully with his wife Mary, all five of his children and several of their family members surrounding him.
He served as a SP 3 in the Army from 1953 until 1956. He served during The German Occupation.
A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Friday at St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church located at 27931 Murrieta Road, Sun City, CA Sun City, California 92585. Interment will follow in Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, CA.
