The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Eleanor "Ellie" Ann Carroll, 87, at 10:00 a.m. Friday the 20th of July at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church in Hemet. Ellie died Saturday the 7th of July at Aragon Manor in Wildomar, California. Burial will be in Riverside National Cemetery adjacent to her beloved Husband, Edward Frances Carroll.
Ellie, who was born in New Jersey, lived in Hemet 22 years. She was a Telecommunications Operator at Pacific Bell for 29 years. Ellie was an international traveler who enjoyed visits to Italy, Alaska, Mexico and London. She also traveled for four years in the United States. She enjoyed casino slot play, Bingo and playing cards with friends on a regular basis.
Ellie is survived by her son, Thomas, three granddaughters, Stephanie, Hidi and Stacy and four great-grandchildren.
