Ellen "Ellie" May Richardson, age 94, was a resident of Wildomar, CA for the past 3 years, passed away Sunday, September 18, 2011 at her residence. Ellie was born February 3, 1917, in Hamilton, Ontario Canada. She was the daughter of the late Harold Chadwick and the late Beatrice Chadwick.
Ellie was a postal worker for 20 years. She was a very loving and caring person. She enjoyed Dodger games, hosting senior citizen trips to Las Vegas, collected owls and puzzles.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband and the love of her life for 37 years, Carl Wilburn Richardson and her daughter, Deanna Bell. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia & husband, Brian Powell of Fredericksburg, IN; son-in-law, Tom Bell; four grandchildren; Mike Potts, Ken Potts, Cliff Potts; Mary Kay & husband, Bryan Caddy; 8 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Miller-Jones Mortuary, Hemet. A Celebration of Ellie's life
will be on Friday, September 23, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Miller-Jones Chapel.
