Ernest B White

Ernest Bannister White, age 91, of Moreno Valley, California, passed away, Wednesday, April 9, 2014, in Riverside, CA. He was born on Saturday, March 24, 1923 in Beaumont, California to the late Franklin White and the late Myrtle (Wright) White. He was the loving husband of Dorothy White for over 65 years. He served his country honorably in the Coast Guard during World War II. Ernest was a Researcher with the University of California Riverside for over 20 years. His greatest passion was being a Minister for most of his life.

Those left to mourn his passing, but cherish his memory is his loving wife, Dorothy White; grandchildren, Joe Pennels and Tim Pennels; son, Ron Price; niece, Sharon Anderson; nephew, Ned Walker and a host of other family members and friends. Ernest was preceded in death by daughter, Gloria Rose Pennels; son, Bill White and grandson, Chuck White.

Arrangements are entrusted to Miller-Jones Moreno Valley Mortuary. Funeral Service will be held at Miller-Jones Mortuary, 23618 Sunnymead Blvd., Moreno Valley, California on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at 10:00 AM. Graveside service will follow at Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, California at 11:30 AM.
