Steven was born August 26, 1966 at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois to Basilio (Tony) M. Ramirez and Martha A. Reyes
The most beloved Son, Brother, Uncle and Friend there ever was. In his early years, Steven was an avid baseball player with tons of potential. His favorite football teams were the Los Angeles Rams and UCLA Bruins "Go Bruins!"; and his favorite baseball team was the Los Angeles Dodgers. A generous person who gave up his time and energy to assist family members in their times of need. His absence will forever be missed but now he is soaring with the angels, at peace, with his mom.
Steven was preceded in death by his mother Martha Ramirez. He is survived by his father Basilio Ramirez, sisters Norma Lucas, Barbara Ramirez and Marisa Ramirez, niece Alicia Lucas, nephews Joseph and Sean Lucas, brother-in-law Joe Lucas; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
