Evelyn Joanne Smith, age 87, of Hemet, California passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2024. Evelyn was born in Maywood, California. She was the daughter of the late Howard F. Ford and the late Evelyn J. (Eliott) Ford. Jo is how everyone knew her by was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband Garey Dale Smith.
She is survived by her son Blake Bushman & Jeanie Bushman.

A funeral service for Evelyn will be held Saturday, January 13, 2024 from 11:00 AM at McWane Family Funeral Home, 350 N San Jacinto St., Hemet, CA 92543. A final resting place will take place private at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, California.
