Fani Yanet Perez was born in Los Angeles, California on Monday, August 29, 1977 to Miguel and Maria Sanchez. On Thursday, January 5, 2012 at the young age of 34 Fani passed away at the San Bernardino Medical Center in San Bernardino, California . She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband, Manuel Perez; parents, Miguel and Maria Sanchez; brothers, Luis, Adrian and Nolberto Sanchez and two sisters, Celeny and Jacquline Sanchez. She is also survived by a host of family and friends.
