He was born on Wednesday, November 13, 1940 in Mesa, Arizona ,he was the son of the late Eulalio Ortega and the late Natividad Porras Ortega. He was the husband of Mary Gutierrez Ortega.
He was a member of St. James Catholic Church.
Surviving are son, Arnold Ortega, daughters, Anna Maria Carlos, Carolina Martinez, Patricia Ortega and Veronica Ortega.
A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Tuesday February 24 2015 at St. James Catholic Church located at 269 West 3rd Street Perris, California 92570. Interment will be in Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, CA.
The family will receive friends from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM on Tuesday, February 24, 2015, at Miller-Jones Moreno Valley, 23618 Sunnymead Bl., Moreno Valley, California .
