Frances Jean Woodard, age 93 of Wildomar, California entered eternal life on Monday, February 1, 2016 in Murrieta, California. Born Monday, March 27, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Claude Bailey and the late Clora Phillips Bailey.
Preceeded in death by her husband, James Woodard. Frances is survived by daughters, Terry Jackson, Jean Dypwick and Randee Kukla; 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
