On April 8th 2017, Frances Martin passed away at her home in Hemet, California. Fran was born March 9th 1939 in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Her family moved to Northern California in the 1950's. She graduated from Analy High School in Sebastopol, California in 1957 and soon began a career with Bank of America in San Francisco. She married Thomas Borrill in 1960 with whom she had had her only son, Allen. Fran was later re-married to Ted Martin and the couple moved to Paso Robles, California, where they remained until Ted's death in 1998. Fran's gift was working with animals, especially horses and dogs. She is survived by many brothers and sisters, her son Allen, his wife Lori, and her only grandchild, Tommy.
