Frances Mary Frazier, age 74, of West Covina, California, passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2015. She was born Monday, May 27, 1940, in New York, New York, to the late Joseph Condon and the late Frances Popick Condon.
Frances is survived by her sons, Gregory Frazier and Michael Frazier; her daughters, Colleen Crawford, and Maureen Frazier.
