Frances E. Woolard was born to the late Mr. George and the late Mrs. Lyda Clish, on Wednesday, April 25, 1923, in Denver, Colorado. She married the love of her life, Eugene Woolard, and was blessed with 3 children, Danny Woolard, Sandra Lee Stephen, and Susan M. Janney.
Frances was surrounded by her loved ones when she quietly departed into Heaven, on Tuesday, May 22, 2018. She left many sorrowful hearts, but she joins 3 angels; her parents, George and Lyda Clish, and her husband, Eugene.
Frances will reunite with her husband at Riverside National Cemetery.
