Born Friday, December 30, 1949, in Mexico City, Mexico he was the son of the late Francisco Rangel and the late Luz Romero Romero. He was the husband of Maria Fuentez Rangel.
Surviving are sons, Eduardo Rangel and Arturo Rangel, daughter, Veronica Rangel. Granddaughter, Vanessa Viviana Pacheco, great-grandson, Caleb Michael Pacheco, 3 brothers, and 1 sister.
Francisco and his wife Maria, recently celebrated 46 wonderful years of marriage. Both enjoyed going out and dancing. Francisco was well known for his abilities to fix anything, if he didn't know how, he would figure it out. He was a devoted husband and father, always tending not only to his family's needs, but anybody who might be in need of help. Francisco will be missed greatly by all who knew him.
