Zubiate Francisco, of Winchester, California, passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2016. He was the son of the late Ramon Zubiate and the late Hortencia Ayala Zubiate and married to Aurora Zubiate.
He was a devoted father to Two sons, Steve Zubiate and Jay Zubiate and a daughter, Anna Velez.
