

Frederick Harold Davis, tall, striking, and good looking, preferred to be called Fred. He was born on Friday, August 21, 1941 to parents; Albert and Ethel Price in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He passed away at Hemet Valley Hospital, Hemet, California on Saturday, July 6, 2013.
Being athletic, and tall in stature, he secured a college basketball scholarship at Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science. This love for all sports carried on into his adult life. Fred, being highly competitive, would take extreme pleasure as a tennis and golf enthusiast. Many of these activities he participated with his beautiful wife, Darlene, who shared his life the past 18 years.
Fred was well known, and very involved in the community of Del Webb in Hemet, California. He became everyone's friend and they enjoyed his company, tennis lessons, and his humor and wit. Fred enjoyed a great social life, enjoying gatherings with his neighbors. With an easy going nature and ability to maintain a positive outlook on life, he shared his good heart with all he knew.
Fred will be dearly missed by his wife, Darlene, his son, Cory Davis, his mother, Ethel Harriet Davis and his brother, Lon Davis. Fred will also be fondly remembered by his step-son, Rick Thomas, step-daughter, Trisha Clark, and their four children.
Fred's kindness touched and left a mark on the lives of many people. He will be truly missed by all those who were honored to know him and who loved him.
