Gertrude Orlee Douglas, age 95, of Hemet, California passed away on Sunday, August 14, 2022. Gertrude was born August 14, 1927 in Huggins, Missouri to the late Marion and Bertha.

She was a teacher by profession and not only enjoyed traveling, but just life in general.

Gertrude is survived by her husband, Wallace Levi Douglas; her son Ricky Douglas; her daughter Terry Flowers; and her son Phillip Douglas and 7 grandchildren.

A memorial service for Gertrude will be held Monday, August 22, 2022 at 4:00 PM at McWane Family Funeral Home, 350 N San Jacinto St., Hemet, CA 92543.

Gertrude will be laid to rest in Rose Hills Memorial Park, 3888 Workman Mill Road, Whittier, CA 90601.
