Everyone at Care-A-Van will always love and miss Helen. She left a special place in our hearts. She would call and brighten up my day quite often. She had a wonderful since of humor that I will miss forever. I Love You Helen.

Grandma you will be in my heart forever. You were not just my grandma but also my mother figure and one of my best friends. You will always be remembered and loved. I miss you very much! Don’t forget to say hi to my mom and brother for me up there! I love you Grandma always and forever!

Jim and Family, I am truly sorry for your loss, I didn’t have the opportunity to spend a lot of time with Helen but the few days I was blessed with were full of laughter, love and more laughter.  Helen was truly a joy to be around and she had a huge place in my heart, she will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Love to you all.

There were thousands of miles between us but you always made us feel special and loved. I believe the year was 1984. My BFF Kevin and I chose California for our vacation. Before we left my Dad gave me your phone number. Although you were not part of the original plan, I made the call. I'm so glad I did. I was able to spend time with you and Uncle Connie and my cousins. That was a great trip because of you. Thank You. I love you Auntie

Helen was a great neighbor and friend. She was so kind to my family & my Grandson Joyrdyn who she loved a lo.t. She had a great sense of humor.  She is missed & will be missed the rest of our lives.  I will never forget her. I'm  just glad that she was in my life. Tim Lee.

Helen from the first time we met we hit it off as friends. You always opened your front door with a smile and had something witty to say, the it was a hug and how was my wife and kids doing, and then it was down to business. 
I would tell my wife, hey I’ll see you in about 30 minutes I’m going to Helen’s and her reply to me was yea sure I’ll see you in a couple of hours. And she was always right you and I would sit down and would talk about almost anything (yes even them Yankees).

Helen I will always remember the day I meet you. It was in 1979 and I saw you in the hallway and I was looking for the personnel and you had gave me instructions. From that moment on you became a great friend and family to us. You came to my wedding and became a godmother to my daughter Cheryl. We’ve been in such close contact since I’ve moved from California to Seattle. You would always manage to call me wherever or wherever I was. No one has ever loved me as much as you had as a friend to me and my family. You always show unconditional love to us and such a great mother to your children. You have a great big heart , and I won’t ever find as someone as special as you as a best friend you will always stay near and dear to my heart. You will be truly missed. We love you.

Mom, You were my first love, my first girlfriend and you loved and cared for us so well. You worked so very hard to make life better for your family and I always will be thankful. Your sense of humor, your sometimes blunt truths, your integrity and character....and your New England accent are just a few of the hundreds of fond memories you have left me with forever. Helen was a very special part of our hearts and family. 

She was like a mother to me and a grandmother to my sons Nick and Matt. I will always cherish the stories she’s told us ranging from childhood to her adult life. The stories that stick out to me the most were about her working in the shoe factory and how she met her husband. 
We shared a lot of special moments with her, including birthdays, holidays, graduations, marriages and the birth of my sons daughter, she was so happy and excited.
