Howard Earl Dobbs, age 99, of Hemet, California passed away on Friday, January 13, 2023. Howard was born in OK. A visitation for Howard will be held Monday, February 13, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at McWane Family Funeral Home, 350 N San Jacinto St., Hemet, CA 92543. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, CA 92518.
