Irena Crabtree

Irena T. Crabtree, 65, passed away on Sunday, April 19, 2020 in Hemet, California. She was born on Sunday, October 10, 1954 in Poland to her parents, Stanistaw and Irena Sobon. Irena went on to pursue Master's degree in Education while living in Poland. When Irena came to the United States, she went back to school to pursue another Master's degree in Psychology and spent over 25 years working as a Psychologist for Riverside County Department of Social Services. While pursuing her education and working, Irena was also an amazing mother to her two children. Irena ended up going on a coffee date that turned into eight amazing years married to Paul W. Crabtree. Neither of them intended to re-marry, but Irena and Paul had an undeniable connection. She was a very religious woman and always radiated positive vibes during her fight against cancer. Irena was intelligent, friendly, and had a memorable personality. Irena will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and coworkers. She was preceded in death by her parents, Stanistaw and Irena Sobon, and her sister. Irena is survived by her husband, Paul Crabtree, her children, Joanna (Steve) Cox and Paul Tomaszewska, and her five grandchildren.
