Jacob. Javier Gurrola

Jacob Javier “Darkfire” Gurrola, slipped away at the age of 20, on Tuesday, October 30, 2018, in San Jacinto, California. Jacob, best known as his professional gamer name “Darkfire,” was born Friday, May 1, 1998 in Loma Linda, California. He was the son of Francisco Gurrola and Diane Sivils.

Jacob was a one of a kind young man, who became a professional Gamer, at the young age of 17, but began playing at 3 years old. He had a tremendous amount of computer knowledge and creative skill; there is not a thing Jacob didn’t know what to do and that is including building computers which he has done. Jacob was an extraordinary person who was loved by everyone who surrounded him. He was the nicest, kindest, giving, loving person any one could have ever met. He was great with his nieces and nephews and you could often find him entertaining them. Even when Jacob was quiet and very much to himself when it came to his personal life, when someone would get to know him he was such a jokester who made everyone laugh.

He is survived by his wonderful parents, his amazing siblings, Veronica Malfavon, Victoria Rosario Sheire (Mathew), Brandon Macias (Libertad), and Justin Juarez. Jacob was an amazing soul who will be missed by many.
