Jacob Scott Novak

Jacob Scott Novak, resident of Hemet, Ca passed away January 31st 2017 at the tender age of 28th. He was born in San Bernardino, CA on October 31 1988 to the proud parents of Greg and Jackie Novak. Jacob was known for standing up for what he believed in, he had an infectious personality, the most beautiful smile and a voice that couldn't be silenced. Jacob prided himself in family. He was always there to lend a hand or an ear or just to listen, if that's what you needed. He was a hard worker and a loyal friend, a loving husband and outstanding father, an amazing son, an overprotective but perfect brother and the best uncle, friend and nephew around. He was just someone you always wanted to be around. To know Jacob- was to love him- nothing less. He will truly be missed. He has now joined his mother and uncle Mike in heaven. Jacob leaves his family behind to cherish his memories ; wife, Brooke Novak ; sons, Jeremiah and Ben. Father, Greg Novak ; siblings, Gary and Denise Novak, Jessica and Dominic Platt, Mike Novak, Ashlee Novak; nieces and nephews , Christopher, Hailey , Miley, Aryana , Gage, Julianna ,Kaydince and Paisley.
