

Age 68, passed away on September 12, 2014 after a brief illness. Jim was born January 5, 1946 in Anoka, MN., to Ralph & Una Clark. Jim & family moved to the San Jacinto Valley in 1953 & remained here his entire life. He graduated from Hemet High in 1964; in high school Jim worked with other class mates in the apricot groves. Jim loved sports, played football & basketball in high school and went on to play basketball at Chafee College. Jim enjoyed watching John Wayne movies and he aspired to be the kind of man John Wayne portrayed. After college he worked as a home builder and a boat mechanic until retirement in 1997. A long time bachelor, Jim met & married Debra in 1995. They enjoyed 19 years of a very special relationship. Jim loved the outdoors and free time was usually spent in our local mountains. Jim was active in the ACTS 1 International Christian Fellowship Church; served as head usher & worked with the food ministry. Jim (a.k.a. Uncle Jim, Grandpa and Quimby) was a role model for grandsons, nieces & nephews and emphasized the ability to achieve through adversity.
Survivors include wife, Debra; step-sons, Phillip (Tracy) & Andrew; brother, Wallace (Benjie) Randall; sister, Reith Kouma; grandsons, Anthony and Joseph; plus many nieces & nephews.
