James Lopez, age 66, of Riverside, California, passed away, Friday, June 1, 2018, in Corona, California. He was born in Los Angeles, California on June 5, 1951. James served his country honorably in the Army. Thereafter he began his career in food distribution and retired after 35 years of dedicated service.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Roberta Lopez; children, Kristie Ann Chaffin, James Paul Lopez and Eric Fernando Lopez; 10 grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends.
Arrangements are entrusted to Miller-Jones Moreno Valley Mortuary, 23618 Sunnymead Blvd., Moreno Valley, California, where the family will receive friends from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Friday, June 22, 2018. Funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM. Committal service will be at Riverside National Cemetery at 12:45 PM. A reception will follow at Miller-Jones Moreno Valley Mortuary from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Friday, June 22, 2018.
