James Charles Mullen, 73 of Menifee, California passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2020. James was born in Kansas to the late James and Vivian Mullen on Wednesday, February 5, 1947.
James was an intelligent individual who worked very hard. He had a successful career as a Government Contract Manager for 30 years. James was very passionate about cars and enjoyed fixing them. He had a fun sense of humor and enjoyed spending time with his wife.
He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Betty Mullen and his sisters Elise and Janet.
He will be missed dearly by his family and friends.
