Jennifer Smith Cartmell, 44, passed away July 22nd at Rancho Springs Hospital after a long and courageous battle with breast cancer. She is survived by her husband, Robert M. Cartmell III (Bob); son, Robert M. Cartmell IV (Bobby); mother, Eleanor Smith of Canyon Country; brother, Mark Wemple of Sacramento; mother-in-law, Jill Cartmell of Chandler, AZ; aunt, Kathy Amparan, of Lancaster; aunt and uncle, Caroll and Don Hiatt, of Murrieta; sisters-in-law, Debbie Smith. of Murrieta and Carolyn Garcia, of Canyon Country. She was predeceased by her father, Jim Smith.
