Jeremy Allen Amagrande was born to Michael and Linda Amagrande on June 12, 1981 in Corona, California. Jeremy was full of life and adventure and was fun to be around. From his time at the fire academy, to his career as a vet tech, and his camping adventures and desert trips, Jeremy was always on the go. He had a big heart and was willing to help those in need. He had passion for animals and worked as a Veterinarian Technician for over 13 years. He would pay for strangers vet bills that came into his office that couldn't afford to help their pets. He rescued several dogs, and his Dad now has a gang of chihuahua's that Jeremy rescued. He helped people without question and was always ready to rescue family or friends no matter what the need was. He loved to cook for people, he took pride in his BBQ ribs and chicken. He was a giving brother and uncle, and the spoiled baby of the family. He loved spending time with his nephews and dirt bike riding and chasing them around with sirens on (like cops and robbers). He loved family and friends and always was trying to bring family close or back together. He loved the desert and especially the geode beds, and snorkeling even though he didn't care for the cold water, but would go for a new adventure. He loved hiking, and mining (he had a diverse rock collection). He also loved watching old television shows (such as I Love Lucy and The Three Stooges). His life ended much shorter then any of us expected, but he left us with so many good memories. We will forever remember Jeremy when we see a dirt bike or a crazy driver, or see a fire or hear sirens. He will live on inside of us. Jeremy was sick in his last days, but we know that he is at peace now, God promises us in Revelation 21:4, "He will wipe every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away." For we know that if our earthly house, this tent, is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Jeremy had faith in God in the end that he would spend eternity with him. He had hope of heaven. The Bible says, God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. In the end, death will knock on each one of our doors and we will face eternity. We have hope of being with Jeremy again and seeing his smile and hearing his silly laugh. Until then, ride on Jeremy.
He will forever be loved and cherished by his father, Mike Amagrande, siblings, Tammy Shank, Candida Warady, Bob "Ashz" Shank (Michelle) and Jason Amagrande (Lyndsey); grandmother, Myrna Amagrande; aunts, Rosanne Ancheta and Nina Amagrande (Manuela); uncle, Anthony Amagrande (Marcie); great-aunt Mildred Amagrande; nieces and nephews, Trisha, Justin, Tiffany, Caden, Caleb, Jason and Phillip; cousins, Christina Amagrande-Mora (James), Kenny Amagrande, David Amagrande (Kerry) and Amanda Amagrande; pet dogs, Hooch, Loca, Bella, Rosco, Ben and Lila; special friends and co-workers, Daniel Gibbons, Glenn and Jenny Yeater, Julia Griffith-Burns, Dr. Williams, Katie Williams, Dr. Sanchez, Danette "Bossy Cow" Depew, Susie, Ryan, and Chris White, Joey Hughes, Shannon Hughes, Brian Turkmany as well as numerous other friends.
At the tender age of 33, on August 17, 2014 in Riverside, California Jeremy passed away.
