Joanna Chavez, age 30 of Perris, California entered her eternal rest on Monday, June 25, 2018, at Loma Linda University Medical Center in Loma Linda, California. Born Saturday, July 25, 1987, she was the daughter of Gaspar Chavez and Maria Leal Chavez.
Joanna is survived by her mother and father and a host of loving family.
A memorial service will be at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at Miller-Jones Sun City Chapel located at 26770 Murrieta Road Sun City, California. Interment will be in Perris Valley Cemetery , Perris, California.
