Joe Medina, 61 of Hemet, California passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2012, surrounded by his family at his Residence in Hemet, California.Born Wednesday, November 8, 1950 in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, he was the son of Enrique Medina and Luz Gonzales. He was the husband of Patricia Medina.Joe loved sports, especially golf. He enjoyed being with family and playing yahtzee.Surviving are son, Kenny Treantafilos, daughter, Tricia Lesley, brothers, Claudio Medina, Raul Medina, David Medina, John Medina and Daniel Medina, sister, Sylvia Southwick; 3 grand children.A Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM on Thursday at Valley Evangelical Free Church located at 341 N. Lake St., Hemet, CA 92544. Interment will be in San Jacinto Valley Cemetery, San Jacinto, CA.
