Born Monday, July 29, 1991 in Riverside, California , he was the son of Jorge Cifuentes Sr. and Maria Ramos Serna.
Surviving are brother, Angel Cifuentes , sisters, Marisol Cifuentes and Elizabeth Serna, his step-father, Manuel Arias, and numerous cousins, friends, aunts, and uncles.
