Jose Garcia Lopez

He was born Saturday, September 30, 1933, in Mexico. Jose was the son of the late J. Ascension Garcia and the late Antonia Lopez -Garcia. He was the beloved husband of Sandra Kay Garcia; they have shared over 35 years together.

Jose was a Superintendent for 30 years at various Golf Courses in both San Diego and Riverside Counties. He loved gardening and could make anything grow. His family remembers watching him in his yard often with a nice cold beverage in his hand. Jose's heart was so big, he would do anything he could to help his family.

Family was an important part of Jose's life. He loved to spend time with his grandchildren.

Jose is preceded in death by his parents; son, Jose Antonio Garcia; one sister and one grandchild.

He is survived by his wife Sandra Kay Garcia; children, Sandra Ruth Garcia, Jose Luis Garcia, Maria Alicia Clarke "Lisa", Jose Antonio Garcia "Jody" and Virginia Garcia; three brothers, one sister and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren other family members and friends.
