Joseph William Augustine, 73 of Lincoln, Nebraska passed away in Hemet CA on Tuesday, March 26, 2019, at home surrounded by family. He was born on Wednesday, January 9, 1946, and was the son of the late Dean and Lucille (Shotkoski) Augustine. He was married to the love of his life, Sandra Augustine for 12 years.
Joe owned and operated his own business, allowing him to enjoy the finer things in life, including fine wine, fine food, traveling, and flying his own jet. He also loved jogging on the beach, and was always ready to enjoy fishing trips with friends, and family. The true light of his life was always his children.
Surviving is his wife Sandra Augustine; sons, Brian C. Hastert and Lukasz Q. Augustine, daughters, Meghan B. Augustine and Ashley Vivian Augustine, sisters, Marilyn Christensen and Patricia Porter (Mike). A Celebration of Life is planned on June 22, in Hemet. Contact family for details.
