Josie O. Moss

Josie O. Moss, 92 formerly of Fontana, California (65 years) passed away peacefully on Friday, June 28, 2019, at Sunny Rose Glen in Menifee, California. She was born in Chelsea, Oklahoma on Friday, July 23, 1926 to the late Fred F. Childress and the late Maggie Mae Einkauf. Josie met the love of her life, Wallace L. Moss and spent 59 nine years together. In the 60’s she worked for Western Auto however was blessed to be a homemaker for many years raising their three children. Josie was a member of the Pentecostal Church of God in Bloomington, Ca. where she led the ladies group. After moving to Fontana, Ca. she became a member of the Calvary Assembly of God where she was involved as well. Josie enjoyed crafts, sewing, and was a lovely seamstress, however she dearly loved her home, family and friends and will truly be missed by all who loved her. Josie is preceded in death by her husband, Wallace L. Moss who passed in 2003, and leaves behind her daughter, Judy Hunter (Tom), sons, Jim Moss, Floyd Moss Sr., (Louise), 5 grandchildren, 6 great grand- children, and 2 great great grandchildren.

Josie and Wallace will be laid to rest together during a private interment at Green Acres Memorial Park, Bloomington, Ca. at a later date.
