Joy Elaine Lewis, age 75, of Hemet, California passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2024. Joy was born in San Pedro, California, on Friday, November 19, 1948, to Elmer Sorrick and Martha Edmonds.
Joy was an amazing wife and dedicated mother. Her love for her family was immeasurable.
Joy is survived by her husband, George Robert Lewis; her sons, Jeffrey (Alicia) Wood and Bryan (Rosemarie) Wood; her daughter, Katee Maria Lews; her grandchildren, Megan Wood, Drew Wood, Emily Wood, Aaron Wood, and Brandon Wood; and her sister, June Brandenburg.
