Julia was a Educator for 10 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, knitting, sewing and making all kind of crafts. She is survived by her daughter and son in law Olenthea and William S. Neal II; grandchildren, Carletta Stokes of Aguanga; Dujuana Neal of Moreno Valley; William S Neal III on Fontana and nine great grandchildren and one great grandchild. She will forever be loved and never forgotten.
