Born Sunday, July 21, 1963, she was the daughter of Petros Dokopoulos and the late Annegret Pfister Dokopoulos. She was the wife of Theodore Karas.
Katerine had a great love of life, family and art. She enjoyed painting animals, people and a variety of things. Katerine was a very accomplished artist.
Surviving is her husband, Theodore, sons, Daniel-John Theodore Karas and John-Paul Theodore Karas, father, Petros Dokopoulos, brothers, Stavors Dokopoulos and Andreas Dokopoulos. She was preceded in death by her mother. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
