Kenneth served the public as a police officer for the city of Santa Ana, California for 30 years.
Kenneth is survived by his loving wife, Karen Smeets-Smith, his adoring daughters, Cherise Smith, Tammie and her husband Terry Moore; 6 wonderful grandchildren; and many brothers and sisters.
Kenneth left behind many sorrowful hearts but he joins two perfect angels that preceded him in death; his wife Toni Louise Smith and his grandson Dylan Moore.
Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Miller-Jones Mortuary Sun City.
