Larry Dale Hathaway

The funeral services will be held on August 1, 2018 at 10:00am at the Miller-Jones Funeral Home in Menifee, CA. Visitation will be held on July 31, 2018 from 4:00 to 8:00pm at the Miller-Jones Funeral Home. The Burial service with full honors will follow the funeral at 11:45am at the Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside, CA. Pastor Larry Hansen from Calvary Chapel Murrieta will officiate services. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Miller-Jones Funeral Home.

Larry was brought into this world on March 9, 1945 and is the son of Russell and Florence Gay Hathaway. He was a country boy that grew up to have such a love for God, his family and his country. Larry proudly served in the United States Army and is a veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of the American Legion and the VFW. After his military service Larry was employed as a Master Electrician for more than forty years.

Larry married the love of his life, Lorea and shared 53 beautiful years with her. They had four children, twelve grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother. He was a man of faith that taught us all integrity and showed us all how to love. He lived by life's Golden Rule: do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

Larry is survived by his wife Lorea, his daughter Lora and husband Andrew, his son Larry and wife Lisa, his daughter Mary and husband Allen, his daughter Angela and husband Chris, His brother Don, his sisters: Nina, Carol, Dee, Mary and Mona, his grandchildren: Frank, Micah, Autumn, Joshua, Milan, Josh, Daniel, Thomas, Allyson, Brendan, Lorea and Roman, his great grandchildren: Luke, Kraven and Jysella

Larry is preceded in death by his father Russell, mother Florence Gay, Brothers: Hoy and Ronny and Sister Betty.

He will be sorely missed.
