Liduvina Ruiz, 88, passed away on Sunday, June 13, 2021, in Hemet, California. She was born on Friday, September 2, 1932 in Puerto Rico, to her parents, Ramon and Matilda Custodio. Liduvina graduated from high school and eventually worked as a Teacher's Assistant for a Daycare Center. She was also a loving mother to her seven children. Liduvina was known as Lula, to her family and friends. She was very friendly, a social butterfly so she loved talking and making friends with everyone. For vacations, Lula enjoyed traveling back east on the GreyHound Bus to visit family. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Liduvina was preceded in death by her parents, Ramon and Matilda Custodio, and her two sons, Javier Marquez and Janel Marquez. Liduvina is survived by her children, Eugene Ruiz, Connie Hill, Gladys Ruiz, Margaret Ruiz, and Victor Rivera, her son-in-law, Emory Hill and her daughters-in-law, Cecilia Rivera, Carmen Marquez, three sisters, two brothers, 19 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 16, 2021 at 1:30PM at San Jacinto Valley Cemetery.
