

Loretta was born on Nov. 20, 1923, growing up in Dedham, Mass., and was married to the late William L. Rozman in Allin Congregational Church in 1945 when he was honorably discharged from the Navy after serving in WWII, a marriage that lasted until his death in 2003. They had lived in Dedham and Arlington, Mass., but mainly resided for many years in Walpole, Mass., before moving to California in 1979. Loretta moved from Sun City, Calif., to Hawaii with her daughter, Colby, in 2009. For many years, Loretta was president of the 13 VFW Auxiliaries in Riverside County, California.
She is survived by her two daughters, Donna (Rozman) Stuber of Plainville, Mass., and Colby Haines (formerly Beverly Rozman) of Ewa Beach, Hawaii, as well as three grandchildren: Yvette Rios-Sousa, Andrea McKay-Cox and Wade Stuber and six great-grandchildren: Rebecca Rios, Hannah Rios, Nick McKay, Tyler McKay, Joe Cox and Claudia Stuber.
Loretta will be buried alongside her husband at Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, California, in a private graveside funeral, April 6, 2016. Details can be viewed on Miller-Jones Mortuary website: www.miller-jones.com.
