Loretta Snow

Loretta Snow, 98 of Hemet, California passed away on Friday, July 6, 2018, at her home in Hemet .

Loretta was born Friday, June 18, 1920 in Chicago, Illinois. She was the wife of Hugh Snow.

Loretta grew up during the Great Depression and started working at a young age to provide for her family, She was a hard-worker her entire life. She always said, "If I don't know what the job is, tell me and I will do it."

She spent most of her career as a Health Clerk in the Tucson School District, where she worked for 50 years before retiring.

In her free time, she loved to sew. She once worked at a fabric store and would bring home a lot of fabrics to make clothes. She could sew together a dress in about two hours. Loretta also loved to take cruises, she particularly enjoyed cruises she took to Hawaii and Alaska.

Surviving are husband, Hugh Snow, son, Doug Snow, daughter, Ruth Williams, 13 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

Services will be private with family.
