Manuel Gallegos Marquez, born September 2, 1925, went to be with the Lord on June 13, 2013. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was a parishioner at St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church, in Menifee.
Manuel is preceded in death by his wife Refugio Maria Marquez, his first daughter Mary H. Steele, and his first grandchild Billy Steele. He is survived by his loving children; Mary L. Marquez, Lupe & Javier Arvizo, Yolanda Diaz, Tina & Michael Marquez, son, Miguel & Virginia Marquez, Bill Steele, and Minerva Sedillo; grandchildren, Fernando Diaz, Graci & Jesus Marroquin, Olivia Feiloakitau, Ruben Diaz, Gabriel Arvizo, Sara Renik, and Jessica & Santiago Reyna; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Friends may come from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM, on Thursday, June 20th, and the Rosary will be recited by his granddaughter, Graci Morroquin, at 6:00 PM, at Miller-Jones Mortuary, 26770 Murrieta Rd, Sun City, CA. The mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, June 21st, at 2:00 PM, at St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church, 27931 Murrieta Rd, Sun City, CA. Interment, Menifee Valley Memorial Park, Sun City, CA.
