Manuel Delgado Salazar ,84, of Hemet, CA, passed away on Tuesday, November 15, 2011. Born April 9, 1927 in Los Angeles, CA, Manuel was known for his happy demeanor, and loving and supportive spirit. He was also quite the joker. He enjoyed giving his friends and family a hard time. But to his wife of over 60 years, Hortencia, he was the "good looking man with green eyes."
In his spare time, Manuel enjoyed fishing, hunting, and going to Sizzler for a lobster dinner.
A beloved dad and grandpa, he is survived by his wife, Hortencia Salazar; daughters, Stella Salazar and Della Lewellyn; sons, Manuel Salazar, Daniel Salazar, and Mark Salazar; sister, Juliette Rowell; brother, Edward Salazar; eleven grandchildren; and twenty great-grandchildren.
