Margaret Fannie Small, 88, of Wildomar, California, passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2013. She was born Saturday, August 22, 1925, in Inglewood, California; she was the daughter of the late Elmer Allen and the late Stella Beavers Allen. She was the wife of Francis Small.
Margaret is survived by her daughter, Deborah Small, of Murrieta, CA.
