Maria De Jesus Vega

Maria was born in Pilares, Sonora, Mexico to Maria Ramos on March 22nd, 1948. Maria is survived by her family and many close friends as she was loved by anyone she met.

Maria was known for her love of pigs, as her home was filled with hundreds of them, most were gifts from her family and friends.She enjoyed watching novelas while getting manicures and pedicures from her granddaughters and tending to her garden and birds in the backyard. Every morning she would sit at her kitchen table with a cup of coffee and make calls out to almost everyone in her phone book, making sure they were all doing okay.

Some of the fondest memories were holidays spent in her home; every year following the same tradition of making and eating tamales, going to midnight mass, and opening up presents at two in the morning.

Maria has left a lasting impact on this who had the pleasure of knowing her and will be greatly missed, but never forgotten

Surviving are her sons, David Vega, Ramon Jesus Vega and Miguel Angel Vega, and daughter Adriana Angelica Gonzales.

A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday at Miller-Jones Moreno Valley Mortuary located at 23618 Sunnymead Blvd Moreno Valley, California 92553.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Friday, September 14, 2018, at Miller-Jones Moreno Valley, 23618 Sunnymead Blvd., Moreno Valley, California .
