Maria Rangel Palacios

Maria Rangel Palacios, age 93, of Moreno Valley, California, passed away Tuesday, June 10, 2014, in Moreno Valley, California. She was born on Sunday, October 10, 1920 in Laredo, Texas to the late Greg Rangel and the late Carolina (Benevides) Rangel. She was the loving wife of Vicente Palacios for over 75 wonderful years. Maria's greatest joy was spending time with her family. She was an avid gardener and could be found tending to her garden and flowers in her spare time. She will forever be in the hearts of those that loved her the most.

Those left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, Vicente Palacios; daughters, Juanita (Janie) Chavez and Rebecca Romo; grandchildren, Jamie Romo Heard and Chrisana Ott; great-grandchildren, Alexandria Ott, Mia Heard and Molly Bella Heard and a host of other family members and friends.

Arrangements are entrusted to Miller-Jones Moreno Valley Mortuary, 23618 Sunnymead Blvd., Moreno Valley, CA where the family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Thursday, June 19, 2014. Funeral service to follow at Miller-Jones Moreno Valley Mortuary at 11:00 AM, Thursday, June 19, 2014. Interment will be at Perris Valley Cemetery, Perris, California following the funeral service.
